Marjan is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist in South Africa and North America. She is a Pilates instructor and all-round movement specialist. She enjoys empowering clients with the knowledge needed to incorporate suitable and appropriate functional training into their respective fitness regimes. She specialises in supporting the rehabilitation of injuries and experience of pain in movement. Her assessments are based on the client’s movements and investigate the root cause of the pain and/or imbalance.
