Craniosacral therapy is a light touch and gentle hands-on therapy which enhances and balances the craniosacral system.
Anatomically the craniosacral system is comprised of the brain, the spinal cord, their surrounding fluids, the membranes and the bones of the cranium and spine.

Anatomically the craniosacral system is comprised of the brain, the spinal cord, their surrounding fluids, the membranes and the bones of the cranium and spine.
Craniosacral therapy explores the life-giving motions of the craniosacral system – the motility of the skull and pelvic bones, the motility of the connective tissue called fascia, and the expression of the craniosacral rhythm throughout the entire body.
Through gentle touch, the skilled practitioner can interact with these motions and uses subtle rhythms to address aches and pains, acute or chronic disease, emotional or psychological disturbances, or simply to promote enduring health and vitality.
Craniosacral therapy has a profound effect on the nervous system allowing the body to access its own self-healing potentials and promotes a feeling of well-being and boosts health and immunity.
Who is it for?
“I have long had this ache that is just there and I can’t shake it off.”
“I “feel” off and I’ve lost all my determination and drive.”
“I cannot seem to perform my work, even sometimes daily routine things as I used to: my mind and body just do not feel alive.”
These are just some of the initial words as they get into the therapy room. Are you one of them? Then CST is the therapy for you. Some of you might already have a diagnostic or various as per the list below.
Or your symptoms are vague but at the same time, you feel they point to a particular dis-ease. Your body is just trying to tell you where and why it is not well. So, find the ‘well’ in you when the compassionate CST therapist will help you feel this stillness in a safe space. There in that stillness you will find life and empowered at the most profound level, embracing and integrating your vulnerability.
