Natisha is a Passionate Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Hands-On Physiotherapist. She currently lectures at the ATMADA Institute.

Natisha’s passion, is to educate and inform the community on the various benefits offered by Physiotherapy & Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, helping to make informed decisions regarding your health.

We aim to improve the quality of your life, focus on the management and relief of pain, regaining movement and function, offering a holistic, hands-on approach.

She has over 22 years of experience in physio, and incorporates Pilates based exercises.

Treatment offered for a range of conditions, for both Paediatric and Adult conditions, such as Trauma (all types), Mental health problems (Anxiety, Depression, etc), Autism, Pain(Various forms), Brain Injuries, Nervous System Disorder/Disease, Chronic Fatigue, Colic, Autoimmune Disorder, Learning disability, Stress, Pregnancy associated Pain, Birth complications, Alzheimers, Dementia, Fall injuries, Headaches, Whiplash, Developmental Delays, Sensory Impairments, TMJ Dysfunction, Spinal conditions, to name a few.

We are contracted in with most medical aids and we submit directly to medical aid.

We are closed on Sunday’s and Public holidays.

The Craniosacral Therapy Association of South Africa (CSTA SA) is a non-profit organisation who serves the public, and its members across South Africa, 

The Association also supports members in Botswana, Mauritius, Morocco, and  New Zealand, and welcome new members from across the continent.
