I trained in Integrated CST in London 16 years ago after studying Physiotherapy at the University of Witwatersrand. I love treating babies, children and adults of all ages.

I am very passionate about the profound healing in all aspects of our being that Cranio-Sacral Therapy has to offer us. I am a mother and love treating horses and dogs as well. I enjoy supporting others to reconnect with the innate intelligence of health and wellbeing that exists within them and empower themselves on their healing journey .

I also lecure at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy South Africa.
