My name is Evelyn, and my journey into this healing work began with my own experience of trauma release through Craniosacral Therapy. That powerful shift inspired a complete career change and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.

Since then, I’ve expanded my toolbox to include Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), NLP & Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy. What I love most about these modalities is that they meet you exactly where you are, with unconditional presence and safety. The last thing a traumatized person needs is to be judged, controlled, or pushed deeper into pain.

I believe in a gentle, respectful approach to healing, one that honors the pace and intelligence of your body. Transformation happens not through force, but through choice, supported by stillness, compassion, and trust.
