Anne worked in the corporate world for many years and due to a difficult birth with her second child, she discovered the benefits of Craniosacral Therapy.

The miraculous difference it made in her daughter’s life after the birth made her very passionate about this gentle and powerful non-invasive treatment.

Anne is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and received her Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy through the Atmada Institute of Cranial Studies (formerly known as the South African Institute of Cranial Studies or SAICS) in 2015.

She loves the gentleness of Craniosacral Therapy and the stillness it can provide to her clients. This stillness enables one to get a sense of the infinite possibilities for healing it can provide for one’s life. She firmly believes that the body is capable of healing itself given the right environment, which is provided by Craniosacral Therapy, and Anne’s aim is to create this environment for the body to heal and flourish.
